Type STATION in the command line or click the button in the Add-ins tab ribbon to start the command.

Select a polyline or Civil 3D alignment. Then, specify a point on the screen to get the station label at the nearest point on the axis object, or type S and press Enter to open the settings dialog box. In the settings dialog box, you can customize the following options:

• Prefix: Define a prefix to include in the station label (default is "KM").
• Station Index Increment: Set the station interval in meters.
• Start Length: Specify the starting length of the axis in meters.
• Precision: Choose the number of decimal places for the station value.
• Text Height – Customize the height of the station text.
• Text Offset from Axis – Set the distance between the text and the axis.
• Text Alignment – Choose between orthogonal or aligned text.
• Text Style – Select the text style for the station label.

Once you have customized the settings to your preferences, click OK to confirm and continue using the app. Specify the points where you want to get the station or type S again to modify the settings.

The installer that was run when you downloaded this app/plugin from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plugin. Or, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart your Autodesk product to activate the app/plugin. 

To uninstall this plugin, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer and select the "Uninstall" button. OR click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other system application.
