Creating a Library: To create a library, click the New Library button, select the directory that contains the files that will be in the library, and click open.

Saving a Library: To save a library, click the save button. If it is the first time saving a library, a dialog box will appear, prompting you to name the file and choose the location to save it in.

Adding Categories/Sub Categories and Fields/Values to files: Hover over a file in the library, and click on the edit button on the top right of the file. From there, you will be able to enter in Categories, Sub Categories, Fields and Values. You can also rename the file in the library without affecting the file name in Windows.

Changing file types in the library: To change the file types that the library searches for, click on settings. From there, you can click the trash button to remove file types, as well as types in a file extension to add it to the library. When you click ok, the library will automatically add and remove any files from the library.

Searching: Using the search bar allows you to find any file that contains your search terms in the categories, sub categories, file name, fields and values.

*NOTE*

To use this software, you must have a trial license or paid license. Both licenses allow you to use the AutoCAD plugin and the standalone version.

Trial License: Please visit https://cesfilemanager.com/trial/ and fill out the request form. Once submitted, you will receive an email with your trial license number, which is valid for 14 days.

Paid License: Please visit https://cesfilemanager.com, and click on "Buy License". Once purchased, you will receive an email with your license number. If you ordered multiple seats, it may take up to 24 hours for your license to be used on the number of machines (seats) you purchased.

Instalowanie/odinstalowanie

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
