Trunk Tools
說明
Trunk Tools’ integration with Autodesk® Build allows teams to instantly access and act on all of their unstructured project data buried in drawings and in the text of RFIs, specifications, submittals, and other modules. Behind the scenes, our construction-specific AI “brain” processes and leverages this data to enable purpose-built agents to handle day-to-day tasks that help teams reduce rework and contingency spend, enhance decision making, capture institutional knowledge, train new hires faster, and automate time-intensive, manual workflows. A few examples of these agents are:
TrunkText empowers field teams to ask natural-language questions and receive instant, accurate, and actionable answers sourced from and highlighted in relevant project documents.
TrunkSubmittal automatically analyzes submittals that are uploaded to Autodesk against corresponding specification requirements and relevant RFIs. The agent identifies discrepancies, recommends action, and drafts communications to subcontractors and architects to keep projects on track.
TrunkReview compares a newly uploaded drawing revision to the previously issued revision and produces a visual overlay and written narrative of all changes, even those not in clouds. Both the visual overlay and written narrative are easily downloadable to share with teams and kickstart the change order process.
The platform also supports custom agents that can adapt to specific project requirements. Whether you need automated meeting agendas, daily logs, contract reviews, delay notices, RFI frameworks, or weekly project summaries, these intelligent agents can be configured to streamline your most critical workflows.
Scopes:
- View your data
- Manage your data
- Write data
We use the read permissions to pull relevant ACC project data into Trunk Tools so it can be searched and used by the customer.
The write/manage permissions are required for certain ACC data workflows that only function through exports. In those cases, ACC requires us to first create an export job before we can retrieve the resulting files. This is necessary for items like meeting minutes, sheets, and other export-based documents.
