Insert and modify COGO points within a drawing, setting elevations relative to other points or alignments/profiles with labels showing grade and/or elevation difference between points. Points can also be added at set distances/grades from existing points, or at the calculated intersection of specified grades between existing points.
Great for high level grading design, or setting grades at specific points.

This add-on provides the ability to further manipulate COGO points in Civil3D, providing functions beyond those included in 'stock' C3D. Usage of this add-on is immediately intuitive to anyone who has previously manipulated COGO points on a GPS field controller.
I find the most useful functions to be the ability to set relative grades between pairs of points (by % or by vertical offset), inserting PVIs (as new COGO Points) between two existing points (based on % grades you specify), and setting point elevations directly from Profile objects.
This add-on does not create any dynamic links between point objects after each command is run, so you can add, delete, or manipulate COGO point objects however you like (even with the stock C3D point tools, etc) without breaking anything in further commands called by this tool. This is extremely helpful when you are working with finicky site grading designs where feature lines are too cumbersome/unnecessary (or perhaps if you aren't a big fan of feature lines in general).
