Carlson Connect is for transferring and converting data between Autodesk® Civil 3D® and Carlson Software applications.
Transfer point and raw data between Civil 3D and Carlson SurvCE data collection. Import and export Civil 3D point data with the Carlson coordinate files. Export Civil 3D surfaces and alignments to Carlson files. Convert drawings with Carlson points to Civil 3D point objects. Carlson Connect runs within Civil 3D 2025 and uses the current Civil 3D data model.
SurvCE data transfer does require Carlson SurvCE Data Collection which is available by visiting SurvCE.com. All other functionality is available without any other Carlson Software products.

Support for Civil 3D 2025.
It is helping to convert points from our Carlson drawings to Cogo pnts, but it would be even better if it could read .crdb files, but it only reads .crd files. Also, it would be helpful if it could also bring in the point groups that were created in Carlson into Civil 3d.
