EN Plastic Pipes catalog (Pressure Network)
說明
Autodesk® Civil 3D® Pressure Network, plastic pipes, catalog to be used according to EN standards. Content has been realigned from the version 2022.0. Content is divided into 2 main groups (Generic and Manufacturer). All pipes are now fully based on EN/ISO standards. Additional information has been attached into pipe properties if applicable according to the standard (PN, SDR, SN, Design Coefficient C, Minimum Required Strength, Material Class etc.). Manufacturer specific content is now divided into its own catalog. Manufacturer specific pipes are also divided according to EN/ISO standard, but product names are used according to Manufacturer data sheets.
Catalog includes:
- Generic Content
- Manufacturer Specific Content
Generic Content includes:
- EN Plastic Pressure Pipes (EN 1555-2)
- EN Plastic Pressure Pipes (EN 12201-2)
- EN Plastic Pressure Pipes (EN 17176-2)
- EN Plastic Pressure Pipes (EN ISO 1452-2)
Manufacturer Specific Content includes:
- EN Plastic Pressure (water, sewerage) Pipes (Uponor, EN 12201-2)
- EN Plastic Pressure (gas) Electrofusion Fittings (Fusion Group, EN 1555-3)
- EN Plastic Pressure (water) Electrofusion Fittings (Fusion Group, EN 12201-3)
- EN Plastic Pressure Centric Reducers (Uponor, EN 12201-3)
- EN Plastic Pressure Segmented Fittings (Uponor, EN 12201-3)
- EN Plastic Pressure Stub Ends (Uponor, EN 12201-3)
Note: This catalog can be successfully used with any Hydraulics Calculations package, because pipes do have its inner diameter value as well as outer pipe diameter. Pipe general diameter or any other property can be used in labels or taken over into Property Set Definitions.
Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).
Cannot see any fitting list when setting up new catalog >>> for example EN plastic pipe Pressure pipe generic EN ISo 1452, the pressure pipe sizies do exist, but there is no fitting in the fittings Tab of Pressure network also there is no appurtencaces such as valves or hydrants.
Please note that you have to use separate catalogs for pipes and fittings. Fittings are manufacturer based (because of more data available to recreate those fittings). So, you have to combine pipes and fittings. Usually the fittings are based on somet specific PN, but there are several PN classes for pipes. Therefore you combine certain fittings (one specific PN class) and certain pipes (several PN classes). And those combinations are not aligned. Meaning that if you select PN 16 pipes, it does not mean that you have fittings available for PN 16, you simply use those that are manufacturer based. In terms of appurtenance, valves, hydrants - only a selection of manufacturer specific content is provided (and you have to import specific catalgo first, to be able to use it). If you think that some content is missing in this free version, please be more specific and hopefully in paid version those are available. You can always check from the links provided, what content is available in this content pack.
is there a real full steel pressure water pipe catalogue suitable for infrastructure design?
I am also willing to pay for a good one if anybody knows about one.
Are these only in metrics?
Yes, that is correct!
Thank you for your effort.
Good to know, thank you!
gracias por el material , muy util... Bendiciones!
It is working perfect on 2018, but in 2019 I see unknown material. What's the problem?
There should be no difference in terms of 2018 or 2019. Please check if you are using Country Kits, sometimes those do affect the use of catalogue, because path variables are changed. Also consider following the same procedure as with 2018 - create a parts list, save a drawing, restart Civil 3D. There are couple of comments that this was a needed step. And this is not because of the current catalogue, but a more like a general issue - when catalogue file is switched. Hope it helps. Also check some guidelines from the help page (given below).
I am looking for this Calalouge for Plant 3D. Is it possible to install this for Plant 3D?
Hei Ole-Jørgen, did you receive any help? I am looking for the same: Pipelife catalog for Plant 3D
I was about to write something about it not working - but, as the above user stated: restard C3D once after the installation and everything works. Great library of PE pipe sizes!
Good to know that it worked out!
This install appears to install correctly, but obviously, it required a restart.... sorry for the initial poor review, and thank you for the reply.
