This add-in will enable you to create a 3D model of a halftone image in a very simple and efficient way.
The halftone image is generated from a user-specified image file. The halftone image result can be adjusted in size, can include a border and be created using different pattern styles. Other options include resolution adjustment, image inverse and an image negative to create a 3D printer friendly result.

can't create worthy engraving with this tool
I guess I cannot post the image, but I used this for a highly complex musical themed trash screen with Mozart, Brahms, and a violin. It is simply amazing what you can do.
