With its unique and powerful 3D routing tool, iCable is an easy and highly efficient add-in program for Autodesk® Inventor®. It allows users to create life-like cables, hoses, tubes, and pipes directly in the Assembly environment. It is a huge time saver for those who need to create complex and large amounts of cables with geometric references in their assembly design.

iCable provides functionalities as follows:

1. Create Interpolated Cable: The interpolation setting controls the 3D spline shape of cables, fitting various cable application scenarios.
2. Create Adaptive Cable: This has similar geometric characteristics to those found in Inventor Tube & Pipe.
3. Create Rigid Tube and Pipe: Includes bend radius for rigid tubes and pipes.
4. Update Length of All Cables: Automatically updates the length of all cables if they have been modified manually.
5. Length Summary Report: Provides a summary report for all cables, detailing cable outer diameter (OD) and color.
6. Individual Cable Report: Generates reports for all individual cables, including their length and color.

All these iCable parts are regular sweep parts, resulting in a simpler and more concise model tree structure that can be modified using generic Inventor editing tools.

iCable supports Inventor versions from 2023 to 2026.
