When you click on iMeta Setup it will first prompt for a password and the default password is blank.

Right click within Autodesk Inventors browser and select the 'iMeta ...' command as an alternative to using the standard iProperties command.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You can unload the plugin without uninstalling it by unchecking the "Loaded/Unloaded" check box associated with the plugin in the Autodesk® Inventor® Add-In Manager. You may have to restart Inventor to completely unload the application.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel/Programs and Features' (Windows 7/8.1/10), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.

Once installed iMeta is available from the 'Cadspec Applications' Tab if using the Ribbon interface. Selecting the ‘iMeta Setup’ option will prompt you to enter a password before this dialog below is shown. The password allows you to prevent users from modifying the setup. The default password is blank, if at any time you forget your password Cadspec can provide a master password that will allow access to reset your password, this will only be provided to the person that requested the authorization request to Cadspec.
