Object Visualizer
Popis
The Avant Leap Object Visualizer is an Autodesk® Revit® add-in that allows the user to visually analyze the components of the model or prepare a view for documentation by creating three types of visualization setups:
1. Create views and isolate elements
This command creates a new view for each set of a user-selected Revit built-in category elements that share a shared parameter value. For example, if a category contains 100 elements that have 4 common values between them, the command will create 4 views displaying only those elements that share the common value. This is useful for analyzing custom model coordination workflows or documenting sets of similar elements for construction.
2. Create Filters
The second command creates a new filter in the active view for each set of user-selected Revit built-in category elements that share a common parameter value. That is to say that if the model has 30 doors, among which 10 doors have the common value "wood", other 10 have the value "glass", and the rest "metal", the command will create three filters and apply them to each element matching the common value. After running the task, the model would have 10 doors with the filter "doors_wood" applied, another 10 with the filter "doors_glass", and the rest "doors_metal". This is useful for managing the visibility of the elements in the model, performing category elements distribution analysis along the building, and preparing views for documentation through these filters.
3. Create Overrides
The Create Overrides Command applies a distinctive solid color to each set of a user-selected Revit built-in category elements that share a common parameter value, while hiding every other element in the view, and unhides the user-selected category set of elements (if hidden). This command allows the user to quickly determine which elements of the selected category are distinguished or grouped by a shared parameter common value. This is great for rapid model analysis and documentation when combined with the "Create Filters" command.
