Descripción

This Endra add-in connects directly to the Endra platform and imports MEP device placements from Endra into your Autodesk® Revit® project. You can map those imported units to your existing Revit family types during the import process.

Note: You need an active Endra account and an active project to import MEP placements.

There is also a convenient IFC export option that allows you to export an IFC file using a configuration that works best with Endra.

How It Works

Import

  • You must have an active Endra account to run the import—the add-in authenticates access to your Endra workspace.
  • Select the Endra project you want to import from. The add-in imports data from the latest snapshot.
  • In the mapping dialog, match Endra unit types to Revit family types. You can save mapping profiles for reuse.
  • Import the units into your Revit model. Where applicable, units will snap to faces within Revit.

Export

  • Export your project to IFC using the export button—no Endra account is required.

Requirements for Import

  • A valid Endra account with access to the relevant projects
  • Internet connectivity during sign-in and import
