Hey, the plugin works great. Just wondering if the plugin can be activated manually and not all the time? Sometimes I don't need the ViewBar every time I open a new tab. Thanks!
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Express Family Viewbar app. This app provides a "ViewBar Show/Hide" button in the add-in ribbon tab. If you toggle this button to Hide, it will disappear until you Show it. This will persist even if you restart Revit. If the Viewbar continues to appear unintentionally, please let us know. Thank you.
I think this app has good potential. It is a good start. I would consider reducing the size of view box so you can get more views in the list. The driving reason to use the app is to be able to see more views than what Revit provides in the tab list.

The thumbnail preview is a huge improvement. It offsets my original comment above where I thought the view box was too large. Including the thumbnails makes it worth it!
