- While placing the host-based elements from the Ceiling Plan or Floor plan, sometimes our components are not in the same direction as we expect.
- We end up in a situation, where we manually flip the workplanes of all elements.
- This version tool allows the user to select multiple elements and flip the work plane altogether.
- By default, if we wish to rotate multiple selected elements, we use the SPACE key which rotates elements by 90 degrees.
- Using the rotate feature of this app, the angle for bulk rotate can be specified.

Flipper has a very simple to learn interface. I am glad to see a lock check box to avoid flipping that object. One thing is lacking for me to rate this at 5 stars, a scroll bar on the Family Management Console, there was no way to look down the list of elements other than exporting it.
That said, it saved hours of work to get a coordination file from a design file that 1/2 the fixtures needed to be flipped. Looking forward to the 2022/2023 version.
This is a great add-in, any update on the 2022/2023 releases?

Hello, Due to several reasons, the 2022 version wasn't published on time as expected. This will be released along with 2023 very soon.

Что обозначает Modified семейство? Я понимаю, что простой перевод - изменяемое или измененное. Как семейство в проекте может быть изменяемое или неизменяемое?
With support from couple of friends to translate and understand, I believe your question was about the label which is "Modified Families" & "Non-modified Families". Question: How come a Revit project contain modified and non-modified families? Answer: It just a term used to identify that a family has been flipped or rotated from its default position. May be the term "modified" was mis-leading. It is actually flipped and non-flipped elements. Will try to make the labels more clear in next release. If possible will also try to add different language options for future releases. Thanks for your review and ratings.

A friend recommended this tool. This really helped. I had many ceiling based components which are placed upside down. I used this to flip them all at a time. Kudos Keep it up.
I used this tool in my project.. Its really good.. But, it will be useful if it also has the list of elements that are modified. Something like export option.. So that, the modified list can be exported. If any mistake is made, we can always go back to the starting point of the work..
