eeziQS is a real-time quantity and cost estimating plugin for Autodesk® AutoCAD® and Autodesk® Civil 3D®.
Unlike traditional take-off tools, eeziQS connects AutoCAD layers directly to a structured rate library within AutoCAD itself - allowing quantities and cost estimates to update instantly as the design develops.
No exporting PDF's, No manual measuring or re-measuring from PDF drawings & no lag between design and cost.

We’ve been using eeziQS at Volos for the past year and it’s made a sizeable difference to how we approach cost estimating during design. Being able to generate real-time construction costs directly inside AutoCAD or Civil 3D removes the usual lag between design and QS input, which has traditionally slowed projects down.
The biggest benefit for us is avoiding engineers exporting drawings to PDF and QS teams carrying out manual takeoffs which can take weeks, along with the back-and-forth with external QS support. Instead, we can get quick, reliable cost insights as we design, which improves early-stage decision making and overall efficiency of our projects.
