Selects all objects of the same layer / block name / object type / color as the selected object(s)

General Usage Instructions

Command: SELECTLAYEROBJECTS
This function selects and highlights all objects in model or paperspace that are on layers of objects picked by the user. Objects can be preselected
 
Command: SELECTBLOCKOBJECTS
As above but selects blocks
 
Command: SELECTTYPEOBJECTS
As above but selects all objects of the picked types
 
Command: SELECTCOLOROBJECTS
As above but selects all objects of the picked colors

Command aliases:

The application comes with long command names listed above. To create your own short aliases for these commands, go to ACAD.PGP file or Menu Manage->Customization->Edit aliases->Edit Aliases. Command aliases used in video example: SLO for SELECTLAYEROBJECTS, STO for SELECTTYPEOBJECTS, SCO for SELECTCOLORBJECTS, SBO for SELECTBLOCKOBJECTS

SELECTTYPEOBJECTS

Selects and highlights all objects of the same type of selected object or multiple objects.

SELECTLAYEROBJECTS

Selects and highlights all objects of the same layer of selected object or multiple objects.

SELECTBLOCKOBJECTS

Selects and highlights all blocks alike selected blocks

SELECTCOLOROBJECTS

Selects and highlights all objects of the same color of selected object or multiple objects.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
