Win64, EnglishGeneral Usage Instructions
1. Use the Ribbon: Click the PFolders tab, then choose “PFolders” for full project management or “Favorites” for your favorite places.
2. Add Projects: In the Project Manager, create new root folders, add subfolders, and save the structure. Mark any root as a favorite for fast recall.
3. Favorite Palette: Your most-used folders are always one click away in the Favorite Folders palette. Double-click any to open in Explorer, or manage your favorites on the fly.
4. F1 for Help: With your cursor over any PFolders Ribbon button, press F1 to open the complete user guide (PDF).

Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
- PFolders does not require any cloud service; all your project data and favorites are stored securely and privately in your %LOCALAPPDATA% directory.
- No background services are installed. PFolders is designed for minimal system footprint.
- Full documentation is provided as a PDF (press F1 over the Ribbon buttons).
Known Issues
If you experience unexpected behavior, missing data, or errors loading your folders or favorites, close AutoCAD and delete the JSON files in your %LOCALAPPDATA% folder (e.g., PFolders_FolderStructure.json, PFolders_FolderHistory.json). The add-in will regenerate these files as needed.
