Creates a layer filter based on objects (including nested entities) selected and then displays the layer dialog

General Usage Instructions

COMMAND LINE

Command: FLAYEDIT

Select an object on the layer to edit, or [Multiple/Xref/Settings]:

  1. Start the command by typing FLAYEDIT from the command line or by clicking the ribbon button.

  2. Select an object. This displays the layer name of the selected object:
    1. Multiple - select mulitple objects (including nested objects). This displays the layer names of the selected objects.

    2. Xref - select external reference(s). This displays all the layers contained in the selected external reference(s).

    3. Settings - displays the settings dialog.

  3. Modify the properties of the layer as normal.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App store has already installed the plug-in. You may need to restart Autodesk Product to activate the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7 /8/8.1/10) or Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP), and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
