General Usage Instructions
Set of Autolisp routines to duplicate a layer of the selected object or of a current layer. The program creates a new layer with the same properties as the layer of the selected object, then asks for a new name in the dialog window and makes the new layer current. In the dialog window, it pastes the old name in case the user wants, for example, to set a similar name but with different suffix or prefix.

The application comes with long command names listed above. To create your own short aliases for these commands, go to ACAD.PGP file or Menu Manage->Customization->Edit aliases->Edit Aliases. Command aliases used in video example: DUL for DUPLICATELAYER, DULC for DUPLICATELAYERCURRENT,

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system
