LINKo7 is installed for both Revit and AutoCAD. There is a special Ribbon Tab for LINKo7 in both products. You can use LINKo7 in either AutoCAD or Revit or together. LINKo7 was designed to help you integrate AutoCAD with Revit through a direct connection. You can get a full description online by going to:

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

This version of LINKo7 supports AutoCAD 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and Revit 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. If you just installed AutoCAD or Revit, you must run AutoCAD and Revit at least one time before installing LINKo7. Running AutoCAD/Revit after their installations register certain values on your computer that LINKo7 needs to install and run properly. LINKo7 installs all executable files pertaining to all of the AutoCAD/Revit versions mentioned earlier. This allows you to run LINKo7 on one or more AutoCAD/Revit versions.

LINKo7 is the first product in its class and will be followed by other products based on its revolutionary concept.

Some functionalities are not supported for Revit 2017 such as modifying elements color and modeling steel connections. Revit 2020 and AutoCAD are recommended for LINKo7 to get the most of it. For AutoCAD, LINKo7 ribbon tab doesn't load when the system variable "Startup" is set to 2. In this case, you need to type in the command "LINKo7Ribbon" at the command prompt to manually load LINKo7 Ribbon tab.  During the Live Connection between AutoCAD and REVIT, if nothing is appearing in REVIT after drawing in AutoCAD, the life connections are lost, to resolve, simply click the Connect button in REVIT again and the connection is established again.
