This plug-in can be used with Autodesk® AutoCAD® to simplify the process of managing apps installed from the App Store. View, update, uninstall, and get help on the Autodesk App Store downloaded from the Autodesk App Store website. The Autodesk App Store Manager displays Apps installed for your product and provides access to the Autodesk App Store website.

App Manager manages AutoCAD plugins by scanning for .bundle folders in known ApplicationPlugins locations.
If you want to eliminate the Add-ins tab completely, use the app manager to remove the other apps (Featured Apps). Finally, remove the App Manager itself.
The App Manager can be installed again later from the App Store, which you would want to do before installing another plugin.
it would be useful if it allows installation from web store WITHOUT administrator rights.
As of today, it doesn't even show installed plugs.
It works, you should have your UCS oriented in the view to which you would have it as if you were woking in 2D when you are using the 3D Stretch Command.
