  • Great tool.
Nick Tanner | December 08, 2016 Verified Download (What's this?)

A simple solution for the end user to quickly monitor multiple DWG versions in a folder without opening a file or digging into the properties.

  • Good app. Thanks

    Good app. Thanks

  • Great but needs refinement

Would love to see the properties work correctly for Autodesk Inventor DWG files. The properties randomly assign themselves to different Custom Values. Would also like to see a Column for Native Launcher application (AutoCAD DWG or True Inventor DWG)

    Jimmy Bergmark (Publisher) | September 28, 2014

It is probably so that Inventor put the properties in random places and unfortunately it would be quite a lot of work to solve it and not sure I can justify the cost. To see the last application used to save the DWG might be possible to add if I can justify the cost to do it.

    Mark Flayler | September 30, 2014

Even the last application used would be a benefit for Inventor Users that might have AutoCAD and Inventor files cohabitating a folder. But since this would only index the last application saved then you may not be able to charge much for it at all since it doesn't give the Inventor user anything else unless they are also a heavy AutoCAD user. I would think that it would allow you to promote this app in the Inventor store though as well at that point which may increase your market as well. Even if a shop is primarily Inventor now they still have legacy AutoCAD data that they might need to check DWGPROPS on.

  • Should be listed as trial not free
Bradley Atwell | June 03, 2014 Verified Download (What's this?)

Misleading "Free" button as this is only a 30 day trial. Product works well, but isn't worth the cost.

    Jimmy Bergmark (Publisher) | September 28, 2014

The Free app "Show the DWG version in Explorer columns or even in file dialog boxes within Autodesk® AutoCAD® or other applications."

    Bob Stewart | July 06, 2015

I agree with Bradley Atwell, this should be in the "Trial" category. It's only free for a short time.

    Jimmy Bergmark (Publisher) | July 07, 2015

Reply to Bob: Maybe I should make a free one and a trial one separately or try to explain better that the free one includes a 30 day trial of more functionality?

  • Top!

Verry good plugin for Explorer to see the version of a DWG-file. (Edit:) I hate it when a Free app becomes a trial!
