The Layer to Drawing plug-in is a tool that allows users to very quickly and effectively generate drawings for layers found within the currently open drawing.

You can now easily have all your drawings from a given layer in its own drawing where you can then play around and edit it as you wish without any risk of producing undesired side-effects.

When the plugin scans the currently open drawing, it displays a list of layer names and their respective output drawing names. You can then select which layers to export as drawings. You can also select respective layers and rename their corresponding drawing names.
