The SmatCad Text Analyzer Plug-in offers users an easy way to quickly scan through text in their drawings so that they can discover any text that matches a given pattern as well as text does not match a given format.
Users can create "Categories" which denote a general textual pattern for a group of similar text. These Categories have a textual pattern by applying a series of "Lists" in a given order. "Lists" are also created by users and simply consist of words/characters/digits that are 'allowed'. Therefore, a Category will simply consist of a number of Lists in a given order and any text that matches the given pattern will fall under the given Category.
For example, users may create a Category that has a pattern for matching text such as "12v 60w" so that they can quickly scan through their drawings and find any text which does not meet the above given pattern and then fix these errors.
The plug-in aims to reduce the workload required in analyzing whole drawings to ensure all associated texts are written as specified.
For many users, strict text specifications can be cumbersome, but by using the SmatCad Text Analyzer Plug-in you can easily reduce the time and workload needed in ensuring the text specifications are met.
