This App does not use Autodesk® AutoCAD® Civil 3D® points or point files or the description key set. Instead, it allows the user to import topographical survey data collected in the field into simple Autodesk® AutoCAD® using AutoCAD points.

It will enable the user to edit the given TOPO point numbers to their own. It allows users to edit the given layer names into their own chosen standards. Or, it can be used as it is, with given codes and layers. This is useful if you do not have Civil 3D, or if you do, it allows you to create a simpler, lighter-weight XREF file from your TOPO to use in your plan sets.
