Make custom paper size PDFs from Autodesk® AutoCAD® papers space in a split of second.

General Usage Instructions

Please use AutoCAD Paper Space for making PDF. In the command line call command as PDF.

When your trial period expires you will be prompted for a serial number for a code that is generated during the application startup (format of code is XXXXXX-X-X-X-XXXX).

Please enter the serial number that you get during the purchase. After, that you can use the PDF command.

You will be prompted for the lower left and upper right points of the paper edge. After that you can specify via the command line Plot Style as Monochrome (default),

Grayscale and None(Color). Because there are various plot settings, the execution doesn’t go straight to write to file.

Instead, there is a standard Plot Dialog Box where you can tweak extra settings if you need or hit Ok to make the PDF.

Please keep in mind that the add-in is written strictly to metric (millimeters) units.

Use PDF command to make a PDF file from DWG in a fraction of second.


Downloading the app from Autodesk App store. Double-click on the 'dwg2pdf-setup.exe' file to install the app.

The setup will install the files to %ProgramData% application plugin folder as a bundle format.

During first start add-in will automatically add install path to AutoCAD Printer Support File Path > Printer Configuration Search Path.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
