When the GEAR1 command is called, the program requests the gear center, outside diameter, number of teeth, and pressure angle, then calculates the calculated module or pitch (according to the drawing units). The user can modify it and change the outside diameter. Once drawn, the Complementary Pair can be selected for pairing, defining the separation between axes or a desired transmission ratio.

The GEAR1 commands are now active. They are called from the AutoCAD prompt, and the parameters for the gear drawing are given.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app or plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will begin installing the app or plug-in. Or, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app or plug-in.

You may need to restart your Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit your Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply run the installer again, and select the "Uninstall" button. Or, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall it as you would any other app on your system.
