PAPER SHEET FORMATWin32 and 64, English
General Usage Instructions
This function draws a block containing a rectangle of size and scale of selected in dialog box paper sheet format. Block is drawn on a separate layer. The user is asked to choose format, scale, orientation or whether they want title and scale to be shown. The user can also specify their own desired dimensions under USER_DEFINED button.
This function toggles selected PaperFormat block between horizontal and vertical orientation.
This function returns coordinates of lower left and upper right corner of selected rectangle (it can be a nested rectangle in a block).
The function is meant for selecting a plot scope determined by PaperFormat Block created with PAPERSHEETFORMAT command or any drawn rectangle. The function should be used when the user is prompted to select the Plot Area in the Plot dialog window. When Autodesk® AutoCAD® asks for the first corner of the plot area, the SELECTPLOTWINDOW function should be invoked with an apostrophe before the command. The user can then just pick this rectangle (no need to scroll and pick points precisely).
The application comes with long command names listed above. To create your own short aliases for these commands, go to ACAD.PGP file or Menu Manage->Customization->Edit aliases->Edit Aliases. Command aliases used in video example: PFT for PAPERFORMATTOGGLE, PSF for PAPERSHEETFORMAT, 'SR for 'SELECTPLOTWINDOW.
