- Select a text entity and click the new alignment grip.
- Move the mouse over line work to have the text automatically rotated and positioned on an entity.
- Use keywords or Ribbon UI to change options.
Commands

Command to start the move, align and copy process. Text can be placed on line work using Inline, Above or Below options. Other options allow the text to be moved along the same angle or rotated at the current position. |

Label a polyline or spline with the elevation/Z value of the entity. |

Enables or disables the slide option when cycling position options. |

TxtMACGrip |
Enable or disable the grip that is applied to text entities. This grip replaces the default Autodesk® AutoCAD® grips with one that executes the TxtMAC command functions. |
Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the plug-in. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
Known Issues
UCS is supported. However, the default text rotation has been intentionally set to the horizontal of the WCS. Also alignment angles of curves are intentionally set using the WCS. Added support may be enabled if user feedback warrants it.
The grip is not enabled on MTEXT with columns or DTEXT justified as Align or Fit.
