Attribute Exporter

Select up to 6 blocks to have their attributes exported.
Follow the prompts to select multiple drawings.
Use the two ribbon buttons in the order they are displayed.

AttributeExporter |
This function will allow the users to select the block names from a list that are to be included in the exporting. Then the user will be prompted to select multiple .dwg files from a file folder. Upon selection, the program will begin querying the files and writing the attribute values to a text file. |

OpenInNotepad |
This function will open the file containing the attribute data. It will use Notepad ++ if installed, otherwise Notepad. |

OpenInExcel |
This function will open the file containing the attribute data in Excel (if installed) |
Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.
Once installation is complete, the commands will not work until AutoCAD is restarted. After this restart, you will be prompted to allow the program to run. At this point you must select "Always Allow" to complete this installation.
To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
Requires .Net 4+.
Known Issues
AutoCAD (dwg) files should be closed when the user exports data.
