General Usage Instructions
In the Initial Tolerance Factor edit box, type in an initial tolerance factor value. The tolerance factor determines the maximum distance polyline endpoints may be from each other and still be joined into the same boundary.
In the Final Tolerance Factor edit box, type in an absolute tolerance factor value to use.
In the Tolerance Increment edit box, type in an increment value that will run with sequentially higher tolerance factors until the final tolerance factor is achieved.
In the Spline Vectorization Distance edit box, type in the length of straight polyline segments to replace splines. Splines cannot be converted into polylines.
In the Clean Overlapped Objects area, set optional functions to run.
Select the Enable check box to run additional functions to eliminate double lines and arcs, overlapping or adjoining lines with the same slope, and zero length lines. In the Tolerance edit box, type a value distance to use as the maximum distance polyline endpoints may be from each other and still be joined into the same boundary.
Select the Explode Blocks check box to enable the EXPLODE command and explode any blocks when selecting. Leave Unchecked to prevent exploding of blocks.
Pick the Selective radio and when OK is pressed a PROMPT will appear to select objects on the screen or use a selection set.
Select the By Layer radio button to run the process on a specific layer and then pick the layer in the popup list below (only the entities on the layer will be processed and no prompt will appear).
Select the Preserve Layer Names check box to preserve the layer names of the joined entities.
Select the Join Equal-Width Polylines Only check box to join only polylines which are of equal width.
Select the Create Error Markers check box to make error markers pointing to gaps in unclosed sections of the polyline boundary.
Pick OK to run the settings made.
If By Layer radio button was set, then only objects in the selected layer are processed.
If Selective radio was set, then a prompt appears.
PROMPT: Select objects: Pick or window the entities to join and press <Enter> (or type P and <Enter> if a selection set was created).

Created XX polylines, XX unclosed
Unclosed polylines not joined will be highlighted with flags. This would be an indication that the Tolerance Factor was not set to a value that would encapsulate the distance between 2 endpoints. You can run again and change the values to increase the tolerance again on the same objects.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, and uninstall as you would any other application from your system. If the 'Final Tolerance' value is set too high over the 'Initial Tolerance' or more than 20 iterations, the program may continously run and a progress bar will appear in lower corner many times.
When using AutoCAD 2016 and only able to pick 1 line, then use the PICKADD command and set variable to 1.
