Description

This plugin helps managing groups of level indicators, often used in architecture and building design.

It'll be easy to add levels without worrying about their correctness and to manage independent series in the same document.

Key features are:

  • Level indicators will automatically keep a correct value even if moved or copied, always referring to their group master level;
  • Support for multiple independent level groups. Each group may refer to a different 'zero' datum and a different UCS;
  • Levels indicators may be added through a dedicated command or freely copied with Autodesk® AutoCAD® internal commands;
  • Levels indicators are checked and updated (if necessary) at every document save, ensuring and enforcing correctness of
    values are shown;
  • Users may visually check level groups with a dedicated command;

This software now is free and will remain free.

However, you cannot sell or distribute it for profit, nor you cannot decompile and use the code without explicit agreement with us.

Beware: this is the final release. There won't be any update for 2023.
Thank you for all the support during the past years!

    we nedded update version to 2023

    Adrian Schoenberg | January 04, 2024

    You can modify the plugin yourself to run on every AutoCAD version: Look for the file PackageContents.xml of each plug-in in the plugin folder on your PC. Usual paths for plugins are: C:\\ProgramData\\Autodesk\\ApplicationPlugins\ or \ %AppData%\\Autodesk\\ApplicationPlugins\\ In the file PackageContents.xml of each plug-in you must look for the following value: SeriesMax= This value defines what AutoCAD version will load up the plug-in and what version will not load it. For the plugin to be loaded by AutoCAD 2023 for example, you have to change the value to R24.3 SeriesMax="R24.3" Now the plug-in will load in AutoCAD 2023.

    Hi is it compatible with AutoCAD 2021?

    Edit: Thank you, it works perfect with AutoCAD Mech. 2021

    Massimo Cicognani (Publisher) | April 08, 2020

    Hi Fabian, the 2021 version has been already submitted to Autodesk for testing and approval. Normally this process takes a few days, but with all the lockdowns around the world, I guess it will take a bit more. Come back in a few days and check the compatibility in the right side of this page.

    Is it possible to make it work with annotation scale nad under Civil 3D?

    Massimo Cicognani (Publisher) | June 15, 2016

    Hi Jovo, annotation scale is not so easy to implement, but I'll add to our wish-list for future versions. Working under Civil3d is possible, write me at support@quit3.com and I'll write you back with the instructions to make a try.

    It doesn't work 2015 and 2016 versions...

    Massimo Cicognani (Publisher) | June 04, 2015

    Sorry to hear you have problems. 2016 version is currently under review by Autodesk and will be available very soon. 2015 version has been tested thoroughly and should work. Has been downloaded thousand of times and even tested by Autodesk before release. Can you send an email with detail of your problem at support@quit3.com? I will try to help you with great pleasure.

    Songul Gunduz Aktas | June 09, 2015

    Ok. Problem was solved. I used autocad instead of civil3D and no problem. Thank you.

    You must read the doc, but once you understand the way it works it's dead simple and works great!

  • I cant believe its free

    Easy to use and accurate. If your drawings need to represent dead-nut accurate elevation to surrounding objects, this is the app for you. If I move anything in elevation I can see exactly how high or how low with just a glans. Keeps me from having to measure and re-measure. Saving tons of time. Set your base elevation, in any unit AutoCad offers and all sibling elevations will stay joined to the base regardless of where things move thru out your project.
