Product Workflow: Decision Management System

1. Log in to access the Dashboard, which displays all created and shared decisions.
2. Select Create Decision. Enter the name, description, and stakeholders.
3. Set the due date and add notes if needed.
4. Add alternatives and provide a description for each.
5. Define factors and specify must and want criteria.
6. Add attributes for each factor and alternative.
7. Assign importance weights and record advantages.
8. Enter the cost for each alternative.
9. Navigate to the Results page to view the evaluation based on the Choosing by Advantages (CBA) method.
10. Download a PDF report containing an A3 summary and a detailed report for sharing.
