Clearstory + Autodesk Construction Cloud® Capture and Close Change Order Risk — Effortlessly.

General Usage Instructions

Clearstory’s integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) transforms how contractors manage Change Order Requests (CORs) and T&M Tags. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected logs, Clearstory gives you a unified, real-time view of Change Order risk — and lets you push it straight into Autodesk with just a click.

Clearstory professional license users can establish the integration in the Clearstory integration tab.
 
Users will be prompted to authenticate the integration via their Autodesk credentials to set up the integration.
 
This integration allows you to push sent or received Change Order Requests directly into an Autodesk PCO.
  • To get started, click Enable and authenticate your Autodesk account.
  • Next go to the project in Clearstory and you will see the Autodesk tab appear in the "Advanced Settings" section where you can map your Autodesk project to your Clearstory project.
  • After mapping your Clearstory project to your Autodesk project via our advanced settings section in Clearstory, users can push COR data from Clearstory's live COR log into Autodesk PCOs.
