Instructions for Adding SymTerra to an Autodesk Construction Cloud® Account:
ACC/Autodesk® BIM 360® Admins can find the SymTerra ACC / BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab. Select to add to your ACC / BIM 360 Account. Your SymTerra Integration is now active in ACC / BIM 360.
SymTerra's integration with ACC allows users to integrate their Autodesk ACC to move their files across from their updates in SymTerra to ACC's Files system.
This allows all updates and reports from the supply chain to appear in the relevant ACC folders, reducing admin and avoiding double handling of information.
Steps to use:
- Add this app to your integrations in ACC.
- Invite acc.auth@symterra.com into your space as a Project Member, with the IT role.
- Go to your Files in ACC, select the Project Files folder, right-click it and assign permissions.
- Select the (Create & Edit) permission to acc.auth@symterra.com.
- Contact us to enable the integration from our end, including how exactly you want it to sync files and the folder format you're following.
Note: The step-by-step process to add the integration can be seen in the app screenshots.
