General Usage Instructions

Autodesk Construction Cloud®/ Autodesk® BIM 360® Admins can find the Sustain360 in ACC/BIM 360 Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select "Add to BIM 360" to add it to your account.

The Sustain360 customer support team will provision a tenant for the client and start a 30-day free trial period. The Autodesk® user is notified of the credentials to access Sustain360 with SSO from Autodesk Construction Cloud.

The Autodesk user uploads the relevant project files (Autodesk® Revit®) to ACC/ BIM 360 in the subfolder labelled "Sustain360."

The Sustain360 data platform API is notified when the project file(s) are available for processing and connects via the AEC Data Model API to ingest the client project data files and extract the project structure and materials.

The extracted client project material data is then automatically searched using the Sustain360 Material Profiler to identify the carbon and environmental impacts. For any client project material data that cannot be found or errors identified, the Autodesk user is notified of unmatched materials/exceptions to fix.

In parallel, Sustain360 generates a knowledge graph for the client project and visualizes the environmental impacts, notifying the Autodesk user that the analysis is available for review in Sustain360.

The Sustain360-generated carbon emission report is pushed to ACC/BIM 360 Docs via the Autodesk Data Management API. The user is notified that the file has been uploaded on ACC/BIM 360.

Users must request credentials from Sustain360°™ directly to use the embedded experience within Autodesk. For your unique user ID and password, please contact us at info@sustain360.ai.
