To get started, have a dRofus project configured with an attribute configuration specific to the ACC sync process.
This must be done in Revit, Create New or Edit Revit Attribute Configuration.

Ensure your dRofus project admin has defined the minimum dRofus permissions. You need Full Room and Full Model Server rights. 

Using Revit 2025, publish a workset-enabled project to an ACC project. 

1. Log in to your dRofus project via the dRofus web and navigate to the Model settings. 
2. Select the Sync with Revit tab and Sign in with your Autodesk account.
3. When asked to authorize application data, select Allow.
4. Select the Hub and Project to use.

Note that published files are shown under Models in the project. If your design files are not listed, check your permissions in the ACC project or have an admin check your access. What you can view in ACC will match what we provide access to in our integration.

1. Select the configuration defined earlier.
2. Select Sync Rooms to update dRofus.

An email will be sent when the sync is completed. 

Options:

Turning on " Add New"  will create new rooms in dRofus.

Turning "Delete Unmatched"  will remove rooms in dRofus that were removed between published updates. (You will need dRofus admin rights to delete rooms)

Turning on "Automatically sync rooms on model publish" will set the settings defined earlier as read-only, and a sync will trigger when new models are published.
