Sync your Autodesk Build® Documents data in both directions with SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, or your local Windows Explorer folders.

General Usage Instructions

Please set up the integration as per the instructions below.

Once a project is connected you can add / edit/update / delete files and folders from Autodesk Build or from SharePoint and we will sync the changes in both the applications.

You can work with a single set of data in both apps.

Note:

A SyncEzy account is required to set up this integration.

  • Create a SyncEzy Account

  • Find the Autodesk / SharePoint integration from the Integration Library

  • Subscribe to the Autodesk / Sharepoint integration

  • Authenticate Autodesk account

  • Authenticate SharePoint

  • Complete the configuration steps by adding a Project from Autodesk Build to a SharePoint Site / location

  • On the Configuration Tab, select the Autodesk Build Project

  • Select the Autodesk Build Project Tools to be synced

  • Select the SharePoint Site

  • Select the SharePoint Parent Folder path

  • Submit your selections and acknowledge that there will be no changes made to the parent path as that will break the sync.

This integration works with the underlying Autodesk Docs layer across all the Autodesk Construction Cloud® products including Autodesk® BIM 360®, Build, BIM Collection, BIM Collaborate and AEC Collection.

  • Maximum 5 Projects
