The app will help to seamlessly gather data from your bid boards and Team in Autodesk® BuildingConnected® with little effort from your side. It syncs the data from BuildingConnected into ProjectMark without the need for manual efforts

In order to use ProjectMark with BuildingConnected you need to follow these steps:

• Login to your ProjectMark Account
• Go to settings and then go to integrations
• Search for BuildingConnected in the hub and select
• After you select, there is a 4-step process you will have to go through
• Select the connection flow of data (Inbound and outbound). Also, the modules you would like to sync with (Contacts, Companies, Team Members, Opportunities)
• Next, you will map the stages of BuildingConnected with the stages of ProjectMark. This will have to be mapped on both inbound and outbound based on previous selection
• On the third step, you will map the data fields of BuildingConnected to the ProjectMark fields on opportunities. You can toggle on and off whether you want to sync that field or not
• Final step is to define the trigger event such as add, updating, and delete from inbound or outbound data.
• Once you have completed the 4-step wizard, you should be able to save. Once saved the triggers will activate and it will perform an initial sync with data already on BuildingConnected into ProjectMark

After integration has been established:

• When you make updates to any of the modules (Bid board, users, contacts) on BuildingConnected, it will sync with ProjectMark modules depending on the settings that have been created
• The fields should map as you have directed on the setup process. If fields are not syncing, check that the field's mapping have been set correctly
• You may go back to the integrations hub at any point, to edit the mappings, triggers etc.. 
• You may also delete the integration at any point if you don’t want to it to be enabled anymore. This will delete any authentication tokens saved on our side.
