User Guide: Connecting a Project with Autodesk® in Closeout Pro 

This guide provides simple and clear steps to log into Closeout Pro and sync your project with Autodesk's database. Follow these steps for a smooth experience. 

Step 1: Logging into Closeout Pro 

1. Open Closeout Pro or visit the website.
2. Enter your Username and Password, then click Login.
3. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.  

Step 2: Connecting with Autodesk 

1. On the Dashboard, click the Connect button. 
2. Choose Connect with Autodesk and log in using your Autodesk credentials. 
3. Select a company and the project you want to sync.  

Step 3: Syncing Project Data 

1. Choose submittal responses for the selected project. 
2. Select the closeout items you want to include. 
3. The syncing process will begin automatically. Wait for it to complete. 

Step 4: Re-Adding a Project 

1. To re-add a project, delete it from the Project List and Archive Section. 
2. Follow the above steps to add the project again.
