Known Issues

Migration Considerations and Limitations

User Workflow Requirements:
We coordinate timing to minimise workflow disruption however active users should sync files prior to migration.

File Access Dependencies:
Files currently being edited or checked out may not migrate until properly closed and synchronised. We can provide advance notification and coordination support to ensure smooth transitions.

Large Project Volumes:

Extremely large migrations (10,000+ projects) may require extended timeframes and phased approaches. We discuss realistic scheduling during consultation to manage expectations appropriately.

Legacy File Compatibility:

Some very old Revit versions or corrupted files may require special handling or manual intervention. Our team identifies these during dry runs and provides alternative solutions.

Permission Complexity:
Highly customised permission structures may need manual adjustment post-migration. We document and assist with any required modifications.
