Push notifications about Autodesk Construction Cloud®/Autodesk® BIM 360 events in Microsoft Teams.

General Usage Instructions

Instructions for Adding SyncWorks to Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 Account:

ACC/BIM 360 Admins can find the SyncWorks ACC / BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab. Select to add to your ACC / BIM 360 Account. Your SyncWorks Integration is now active in ACC / BIM 360. 

  1. Install Autodesk SyncWorks App from the Autodesk App Store.

  2. Install MS Teams App from MS Teams App Store

  3. Integrate with Your Preferred Platform:
    In your chosen communication platform (e.g., MS Teams, Slack), mention @SyncWorks in the channels where you want to receive project notifications.

  4. Initial Consent for ACC Data Access:
    Upon first launching SyncWorks, grant consent to access your Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) data. This step ensures seamless integration.

  5. Select Your Hub:
    Choose the hub from which you want to receive notifications. Hubs organize your projects within ACC, allowing you to focus on specific areas of interest.

  6. Pick Your Project:
    Select the project within the chosen hub for which you wish to receive notifications. SyncWorks offers project-specific alerts, enhancing your project management capabilities.

  7. Setup Complete:
    Once you've configured your hub and project preferences, your setup is complete. SyncWorks will now deliver real-time notifications directly to your communication platform, streamlining your project communication.

By following these straightforward steps, you'll be on your way to a more efficient and informed project management experience with SyncWorks.
