Instructions for Adding Notes! to a BIM 360 Account

BIM360 Admins can find the Notes! BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your BIM 360 Account.

Your Notes! BIM 360 Integration is now active in BIM 360.

Log into your NoteVault account at https://nvp.notevault.com.

Once logged in, navigate to User Settings at the top lefthand corner and scroll down to the connections section.

Locate Autodesk® BIM360® link and follow the on-screen instructions to map your BIM360 projects to NoteVault projects.

Once that is complete you will receive your NoteVault daily reports under your BIM360 project's Project Files folder.

Sign into a BIM360 portal to view the reports.

Users are unable to see connected projects that they do not have access to within BIM 360 from the NoteVault connections page. This can occur if multiple users are connecting projects.
