Instructions for Adding ICT Tracker to a BIM 360 Account:

BIM360 Admins can find the ICT Tracker BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your BIM 360 Account.

Your ICT Tracker BIM 360 Integration is now active in BIM 360.

To use the ICT Tracker app, you will need the following

• Apple iPad that supports Apple ARKit technology (typically a 2016 or newer iPad or iPad Pro, IOS version 11.x)
• Autodesk® BIM 360® account
• Autodesk® Revit® or Autodesk® AutoCAD® (whichever is your native CAD modeling software)
• Autodesk® Navisworks® Manage or Autodesk® Navisworks® Simulate
• The original project trade files
• Login account for ICT Tracker

Once a model is ready for fabrication and installation you will use that model as your basis for creating an ICT AR data model.

You will start by placing AR markers (see link in additional information section below) in your model to synchronize the model with the project site. A layout file of the markers will need to be generated for the field to use as a layout map. The field Marker PDF file can be downloaded and printed out from the link in the additional information section below.

Once the CAD file is populated you will generate an NWC export file that will be opened in Navisworks to review and save as an NWD file.

The NWD file is uploaded to BIM 360 for final review and access by the ICT Tracker app.

On the iPad, log in to the ICT Tracker app and use the "Create a new Project" option to log into BIM 360 and get access to the NWD files.

The app uploads the files and gives the user access in the field to track installation and productivity using augmented reality.

A CSV report of all the data associated with the NWD file and the installation dates can be requested from within the app.
