BIM SyncShare
A cloud based distributed document management system that enables teams to automatically access, organize and share the files they want, when they need them.

General Usage Instructions

BIM SyncShare is a centralized location for all cloud and local files that exist for a project.

A user first connects the BIM SyncShare to their various cloud platforms, such as Autodesk® Construction Cloud or Dropbox, or downloads the local connector to map local server folders. Once the connected integrations are added, a user can include them in a BIM SyncShare project as working folders.

Working folders can then be used to synchronize files as they change to other cloud platforms or other mapped server folders. So for example, if a pdf is added or updated in Autodesk Construction Cloud it will automatically be delivered to Google Drive or a local server folder.

Users can also invite collaborators to a project who can be given access to selected working folders. This allows the collaborators to always have access to the files they need when they need them. They can also get up their own synchronizations in order to always immediately get delivered the latest versions of the documents they require without checking.
