Our provisioning service provides a complete request, review, and approval service for new projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Once you connect with our team, we handle everything—from the initial consultation to full implementation. There’s no need for you to manage configuration or set up the provisioning; we take care of the entire process, keeping you informed at every stage. 

To connect with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), we utilize specialized connectors that require the following information:

• client ID 
• client secret 
• secure service account ID
• key ID
• private key

Once the connector has been set up with these credentials, the app gains access to the ACC API's. This migration app uses the Secure Service Account (SSA) authentication.

To get started using the app:

1. Download the app
1. The buyer must download the Cadac Connect Project Provisioning app from the Autodesk App Store. This step activates the Client ID for the relevant Autodesk Construction Cloud hub.
2. Consultation with Cadac
1. After downloading the app, a Cadac consultant will reach out to the buyer to set up a personalized connection.
3. Provide connection details
   1. The buyer must provide the following information:
   2. A connection name (e.g. Cadac Connect)
   3. One or more admin user email addresses
4. Autodesk Construction Cloud Setup
   1. Once the connection is created, the Cadac consultant will send an email address to the buyer. This email must be added as an Account Administrator in a Autodesk Construction Cloud hub.
   2. Additionally, this email address must also be added to at least one project in Autodesk Construction Cloud, for the permissions to activate correctly. This project can be an empty or test project.
5. Start using the App
   1. After completing the above steps:
      1. The designated Admin users can access the app
      2. Admins can now add App Users and assign Reviewers as needed

Cadac Connect also provides document provisioning as a service in addition to project provisioning. With document provisioning, you can generate placeholders in Autodesk Construction Cloud. The placeholders are created based on predefined master information delivery plans in combination with document templates. The document lists and templates are all managed within Autodesk Construction Cloud.
