Instructions for Adding Buildots Connection to a BIM 360:

1. BIM 360 Admins can find the Buildots BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab.
2. Select to add to your ACC Account.
3. Share with Buildots the BIM 360 project you wish to connect.
4. Your Buildots Connection Integration is now active in BIM 360.

 Usage Instructions

• Enter the Buildots web application through https://app.bldts.io.
• Please note that the access is available only for paid subscribed users of Buildots.
• Go to the "Issues" section on the left navigation pane, and click "Errors".
• Now you will be able to see all the construction issues that were detected automatically by Buildots.
• Explore the different issues, and use the "filters" option to filter issues relevant to your scope of work. 
• Select the issue you want to export to BIM 360.
• To export an issue to BIM 360, click on the "Actions" button at the bottom of the issue's pop-up, and then click on "Send to BIM 360".
• You will be redirected to authenticate with your BIM 360 account. To authenticate, click "Allow" on the BIM 360 authentication window.
• You will now be redirected back to the issue you started exporting from Buildots. To export the issue, click "Actions" and then "Send to BIM 360" again. 
• You will be asked to fill in the issue's details - Status, Assignee, Location, Root Cause, Type, and Description. All fields are synced and fetched automatically from your BIM 360 account.
• To commit the export, click "Yes, send error". Your issue will be exported immediately to BIM 360 Field and will be accessible under BIM 360 Field's "Issues" section.
• Open the BIM 360 Field and go to the "Issues" section to view the exported issues. Each exported issue will have the image from Buildots attached, along with the issue's information from Buildots.
