General Usage Instructions

SETUP

Product Access

  1. If you haven’t purchased ERP SYNC, go to https://graitec.com/uk/erp-sync/
  2. Once purchased, you will receive an email to setup your account and password.

 

Setup Process in ACC

Instructions for Adding Graitec ERP Sync Connection to a Autodesk® Build  (Autodesk Construction Cloud®/Autodesk® BIM 360):

  1. ACC/BIM 360 Admins can find the Graitec ERP Sync ACC/BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab.
  2. Select to add to your ACC/BIM 360 Account.
  3. Your Graitec ERP Sync Connection Integration is now active in ACC/BIM 360.

 

Authentication Process

  1. Go to the ERP SYNC site  https://dataconnect.graitec.com/
  2. From the left menu pane, select ERP SYNC
  3. From the left menu pane, select Settings
  4. Click + Add ERP/Accounting Account
    • Select ERP/Accounting
    • Enter Credentials
    • Select company/tenant if required.
  1. Click Confirm to create linked account to ERP/Accounting System
    • Click + Add Project Management Account
    • Enter Autodesk Credentials
    • Authorise Application
    • Select Hub
  1. Click Confirm to create linked account to Autodesk Build 

How to Start Syncing

  1. Configure your settings after authenticating
  2. Sync your ERP vendors with Autodesk Build Companies
  3. Sync or link an ERP project with Autodesk Build
  4. Start syncing project data between Autodesk Build and ERP/Account System!
