General Usage Instructions
SETUP
Product Access
- If you haven’t purchased ERP SYNC, go to https://graitec.com/uk/erp-sync/
- Once purchased, you will receive an email to setup your account and password.
Setup Process in ACC
Instructions for Adding Graitec ERP Sync Connection to a Autodesk® Build (Autodesk Construction Cloud®/Autodesk® BIM 360):
- ACC/BIM 360 Admins can find the Graitec ERP Sync ACC/BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab.
- Select to add to your ACC/BIM 360 Account.
- Your Graitec ERP Sync Connection Integration is now active in ACC/BIM 360.
Authentication Process
- Go to the ERP SYNC site https://dataconnect.graitec.com/
- From the left menu pane, select ERP SYNC
- From the left menu pane, select Settings
- Click + Add ERP/Accounting Account
- Select ERP/Accounting
- Enter Credentials
- Select company/tenant if required.
- Click Confirm to create linked account to ERP/Accounting System
- Click + Add Project Management Account
- Enter Autodesk Credentials
- Authorise Application
- Select Hub
- Click Confirm to create linked account to Autodesk Build

- Sync your ERP vendors with Autodesk Build Companies
- Sync or link an ERP project with Autodesk Build
- Start syncing project data between Autodesk Build and ERP/Account System!
