General Usage Instructions

How to Connect and Use IOTTAG with Autodesk Construction Cloud®.

ACC Admins can find the IOTTAG in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your ACC Account. Your IOTTAG integration is now active in ACC.  

 

Step 1: Authenticate Your Autodesk Account

- Start by logging in with the account provided by IOTTAG’s admin.

- Select Show Profile item under your Avatar.

- Click on Connect To Procore button to process link account.

- Link Autodesk account with IOTTAG platform via OAuth2

- After linking successfully, the Profile modal will be automatically displayed and you should to select the Organization/Company which you want work in, also your access_token and refresh_token are stored for future API interactions.

Step 2: Attach an Atlas Tag to Autodesk Equipment

- Navigate to Equipment page.

- Select the project you want to work with, project list will be retrieved by calling the Autodesk project api.

- Asset list will be retrieved by calling the Autodesk asset api and display on table.

- Select the asset you want to attach with the tag GPS, click the Attach button, and choose the relevant one.

Step 3: Create Alerts to Manage Asset Location

- Create alert to manage and monitor the location of asset.
