Parcel Setbacks

Win64, English

AMR Consulting
Assign and draw setback lines for selected Autodesk® Civil 3D® parcel objects.

General Usage Instructions

Run the AssignParcelSetbacks command and input the setback values desired for the front, back and side lines. Select a layer for the resulting setback lines.

Select the Parcels to assign setbacks to, the parcel area label must be visible to select the parcel.

Select parcel segments for the front and back, using a direct selection or by parcel style method. All other parcel segments are assumed to be sides and will be assigned the side setback value.

Applying the setbacks using the Apply Setbacks button will save the selected data to the selected parcels.

Click Draw Setbacks to create the setback lines for the selected Parcels.

Setback lines can be quickly erased with the Erase Setbacks and Erase All Setbacks without removing the association with the Parcel. Use the Update Parcel Setback or Update All Parcel Setbacks commands to quickly erase and redraw setback lines for Parcels that have been modified and have assigned setback data.
