Numbering texts and attributes

Numbering texts and attributes

Win32 and 64, English

ADSON A N BALBINO ENGENHARIA
Number texts and block attributes by setting a prefix, suffix and starting number. You also have the option to number by a polyline direction.

General Usage Instructions

Type ADNUM in the command line and press enter or click on the ribbon button at the Add-ins tab.

Then, select a block with one or more attributes or select a text. A dialog box will appear.

If you select a block with attributes, choose the attribute tag to number in the pop-up. If you select a text, the pop-up list will be disabled for selecting a tag. For both cases, set the prefix, suffix and starting number (prefix and suffix are optional). You can also select the option Numbering by a polyline.

After configuring the dialog box, press OK. If you selected the option Numbering by a polyline, select the polyline to be the reference to numbering and then select the objects. Otherwise, select the objects directly.

The app will filter the objects to modify as configured in the dialog. In case of blocks, the app will modify only the blocks with the same name of the block you selected earlier numbering the attribute tag that you chose in the dialog box. In case of texts, the app will number all texts in the selected objects as configured in the dialog box. If you selected the option Numbering by a polyline in the dialog box, the objects will be numbered following the direction of the selected polyline (starting with the object closest to the beginning of the polyline and so on).
